Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain words, what happens to your details when you use cardovin-capsules.lat/ng/. It follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), supervised by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Who is the data controller?

What do we collect?

  • Orders: your name and phone number.
  • Contact form: your name, phone or email, topic and message.
  • Technical data for security: IP address, browser and estimated country. In our logs the IP address is shortened.

We do not collect health data: we never ask about illnesses or treatments. Please do not include any in your messages.

Why, and on what lawful basis?

To pass your order to the seller so they can call and deliver, to answer your messages and to prevent fraud and automated spam. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you send a form, and the performance of the request you made. Your number is used only for the call about the order you asked for — never for marketing.

Who receives your data?

  • Cardovin, who confirms and delivers the order;
  • the affiliate network Limonad, which routes the order to the seller;
  • the internal messaging service that alerts us about orders and messages (Telegram): for orders, the masked phone number and the initial of the name; for contact messages, the name, contact and text, so that we can reply;
  • our hosting provider and Cloudflare (site security and delivery).

Cross-border transfer

Limonad, Telegram, Cloudflare and our host process data on servers outside Nigeria. We tell you this before you send the form; the transfer relies on your consent and is necessary to carry out your request. Only the minimum data needed is passed on.

How long do we keep it?

Order and message logs: 90 days, then deleted automatically. The technical retry queue: only until the order has reached the seller.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the NDPC.

Children

The product is not for anyone under 18, and the forms are not meant for them.
